Flizzards are small winged lizards who often are found together in small flocks. Only between four or five inches in length from nose to tail (a little longer than the size of an adult human's pointer finger), with a wingspread of around ten inches, they are expert acrobats in the air. Normally friendly creatures, they can be fiercely protective of their families, and can make themselves burst into flames if threatened. They are intelligent creatures, though not telepathic, they are easily trained. If they befriend someone, it can actually be rather difficult to get rid of them. They eat mostly bugs and fruit, but many have a soft spot for sweet berries.
